• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.

2. Orders & Payments

• Orders placed via WhatsApp, phone, or in-store are confirmed only after payment or advance, as mutually agreed.
• We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers at our store. Online order payments are processed securely through the agreed mode of payment.
• Custom tailoring and made-to-order items require advance payment and an agreed delivery timeline (typically 3–5 working days).

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer Pan-India shipping for products ordered via WhatsApp or phone. Delivery timelines vary based on location and courier availability, typically 3–10 business days.
• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated before dispatch.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon delivery to the courier/shipping partner.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media pages — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Padmavati Sarees & Fashion Corner and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Refund & Exchange Policy

1. 7-Day Exchange Policy

• Eligible products purchased in-store or via WhatsApp/online order can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase or delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by the original purchase receipt or order confirmation.
• Exchanges are subject to availability of alternate stock. If an exact replacement is unavailable, store credit may be offered.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items

• Custom-stitched or tailored items (blouses, custom orders) made to specific measurements.
• Items purchased on final clearance/sale that are explicitly marked "non-returnable."
• Products that show signs of use, alteration, perfume, or damage caused after delivery.

3. Refunds

• We primarily offer exchange or store credit. Monetary refunds are considered only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items delivered, verified within 48 hours of delivery.
• Approved refunds are processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Padmavati Sarees & Fashion Corner ships products across India via trusted courier partners. This policy outlines how your order is processed, packed, and delivered after purchase.

1. Shipping Coverage

• We offer Pan-India shipping for all products ordered via WhatsApp, phone, or email.
• International shipping is not currently available. For inquiries, please contact us directly on WhatsApp.
• In-store pickup is also available at our Kumbhoj store — no shipping charges apply for pickups.

2. Order Processing Time

• In-stock items are dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation and payment.
• Custom-stitched or made-to-order items (blouses, custom lengths) require 3–5 working days before dispatch.
• Orders placed during festive seasons (Navratri, Diwali, wedding season) may take slightly longer — we will communicate any delay proactively.

3. Delivery Timelines

• Within Maharashtra: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 4–8 business days after dispatch.
• Remote / Tier-3 areas: 7–12 business days after dispatch.
• Timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or force majeure events beyond our control.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated to you before dispatch and are based on the weight, size, and destination of the order.
• For orders above a certain value (communicated at the time of ordering), we may offer free or subsidised shipping as a goodwill gesture.
• In-store pickup is always free.

5. Packaging

• All sarees and ethnic wear are carefully folded, tissue-wrapped, and packed in secure boxes or bags to prevent damage in transit.
• Bridal lehengas and heavy silk sarees are packed with extra padding and a sealed protective cover.
• We take pride in elegant, gift-worthy packaging — especially for bridal or gifted pieces. Please let us know if you'd like a special gift note included.

6. Courier Partners

We work with reputed courier partners including DTDC, Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post (for remote areas) to ensure safe and timely delivery. A tracking number is shared via WhatsApp or SMS once your order is dispatched.

7. Risk & Title

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier/shipping partner. In case of loss or damage in transit, please contact us immediately so we can coordinate with the courier on your behalf.

8. Undelivered / Returned Shipments

• If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, reshipping charges may apply.
• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate when placing an order.
